Poetry
  • Maureen Reynosa-Braak writes poetry that explores the universal complexities of relationships, profound loss and healing found through creative expression and connection with people and nature. Her work is deeply rooted in personal experiences and the belief that art – in its many forms – can transform pain into beauty. Maureen lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
     

  • Courtney Edwards is an English teacher and photographer from Portland, OR. Her work has been published by Pile Press, The New Zealand Poetry Society, Sonora Review, Suspended Magazine, and Wild Roof Journal. Courtney enjoys traveling, exploring the PNW with her husband and three children, playing the piano, and helping to bring sea otters back to Oregon through the Elakha Alliance.   • Terri McCord's work has earned Pushcart nominations and three Best of the Net nominations. She loves working with verbal and visual literacy and interweaving the two in the context of nature and relationships. As a visual artist, too, she loves collaborative works. Recent poems have been published or are forthcoming in Jarnal Journal, Straylight Literary Magazine, Thimble, and Talking River Review.
     

  • Lawrence Bridges' poetry has appeared in The New Yorker, Poetry, and Tampa Review. He has published three volumes of poetry: "Horses on Drums" (Red Hen Press, 2006), "Flip Days" (Red Hen Press, 2009), and "Brownwood" (Tupelo Press, 2016). He lives in Los Angeles.   • Andrea "Drizz" Smith (they/them) is an emerging poet based in Burlington, VT. Their work has previously appeared in Laurel Moon National Undergraduate Literary Magazine.
     

  • S.J. Sampaloc is a queer person of color attending Eastern Washington University, where they are working on a bachelor’s degree in creative writing and technical communications.
     

  • Lindsay Lamp (she/her) is an emerging poet and full-time educator nestled in rural Gifu prefecture in Japan. She received her BA in Psychology and a graduate certificate in Positive Psychology. While she makes her living teaching, she finds community and purpose in poetry. Find her by attending Last Book Unburned poetry readings in the Nagoya area, which she hosts monthly.
     

  • Georgia Agnew is a poet from ÅŒtautahi, New Zealand. Her work explores childhood memory, familial inheritance, and myth through rural landscapes. Her poetry has appeared in the New Zealand Poetry Society 2025 Anthology, Tarot Journal, and Quick Brown Dog.
     

  • Michael Alcée’s work has appeared in Aphor, Eunoia Review, and San Antonio Review and is forthcoming in Black Iris, Inflectionist Review, and Lines + Stars, among others. In addition to being a poet, he is a psychologist and author of "Therapeutic Improvisation" (Norton, 2022) and "The Upside of OCD" (Rowman & Littlefield, 2024).
     

  • Sarah Price lives in Central Pennsylvania, United States with two cats. She has a Bachelor's degree in English and is an avid reader of fantasy and science fiction.
     

  • Stephen Jackson is a working-class poet who lives in the Pacific Northwest. His poems appear in numerous magazines, journals, and anthologies, with more recent work in fourteen poems, Prairie Fire, the International Human Rights Art Movement anthology, A Human Voice, and the Washington State Queer Poetry Anthology.
     

  • Benjamin J. Kirby is a writer and father of three living in St. Petersburg, Florida. His poetry can be found in more than a dozen literary magazines and journals. For eight years, he produced the award-winning political blog "The Spencerian." Short stories, poetry, and more can be found at BenjaminJKirby.com.
     

  • Emily Griffin is a librarian and poet from Brooklyn, NY. She uses surreal and confessional poetry techniques to capture visceral experiences using interesting, accessible language. Her poetry has appeared in Aurora by Allegory Ridge, Wild Roof Journal, The Closed Eye Open, and others. It has also been included in the anthology "43 Poems for People Who Don’t Read Poetry" published by Abandoned Mine. She earned her BFA from Emerson and her MLS from St. John’s University.

Prose
  • Dr. James S. Bridgeforth, M.Ed. is a nationally syndicated columnist, writer, and digital artist whose work explores love, loss, and the quiet intersections between memory and mental health. His prose blends modern realism with emotional resonance, seeking beauty in the spaces where connection once lived.
     

  • Sarah Banks is a nurse living in Mississippi. Her fiction has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and appears in Flash Fiction Magazine, Bright Flash Literary Review, and Fiction on the Web. Her poetry appears in Rust + Moth, South Florida Poetry Journal, Thimble, Willows Wept, and elsewhere.
     

  • Angela Edward is a writer based in Sydney, Australia.
     

  • Erin Conway is an experienced educator who has worked both locally and abroad. Currently, Erin is a copywriter/editor at Beloit College. Erin was a multiyear review panelist for the Cybils Young Adult awards and Multicultural Children’s Book Day, a juror for the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, a member of the Zoetic Press social media team and volunteer reader for CRAFT Literary as well as an editorial assistant for the Interview/Craft & Critical Essays section. She is a mentor for young writers as a volunteer with WriteGirl and student writers and contributor to Hidden Timber Publishing. www.erinconway.com.

  • Brian C. Billings is a professor of drama and English at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. His work has appeared in such journals as Ancient Paths, The Bluebird Word, Confrontation, Evening Street Review, Glacial Hills Review, and Poems and Plays.
